About Me:

As someone with my own experience as a client in therapy throughout my life, I know the challenge of finding the right fit and getting to a place of comfort with the stranger across the room (or screen). In the role of therapist, my initial priority is creating the safety and familiarity that is crucial to do real work together. I look at the therapeutic process as an opportunity to work with the person coming to me in need of support, and tackle their issues as a team. I bring a nonjudgmental, open-minded approach to my clients and emphasize the importance of clients feeling secure enough to say anything they need to in the space we curate together. Outside of therapy and mental health, I am also very passionate about art and creativity and love to join my passions, when clients are interested, by using creative techniques in session. My approach has an emphasis on self-compassion and becoming in tune with your emotions and body. In today’s world, it is easier than ever to become disconnected from your body and feelings. My hope is that we can work together to reintegrate your inner wisdom to your conscious level of awareness. I believe that you already have everything inside of you that you need in order to heal, you just need the tools to help you access those parts of yourself.
